Delcastle Technical High School Rugby Club

The Delcastle Rugby Club was established in 2005, but folded one year later. The program was not fully supported by the school.  The main drive for the program at Delcastle was one administrator in the beginning who was transferred to another school district.  The Delaware Rugby Foundation had funded and seeded the program.  The students in the picture above and their parents were very grateful and did enjoy the experience of playing the sport of Rugby.   

Unfortunately, this school and others in the area need volunteers.  Mentors/Coaches to help guide them and put their unchecked enthusiasm to creative/athletic use.
