Delaware Military Academy High School Rugby Club |

The Delaware Military Academy Rugby
Club was established in 2004. Since its inception, we have partnered with the
Delaware Rugby Foundation in hopes of creating future athletes who promote the
sanctity of rugby and who will develop a life-long passion for the game.
James B. Randall, DMA’s first Head Coach, was famous for quoting the following: “Finally the create distinction of this game is that it truly, when well played, determines who is most self-denying and fearless.” After Jim’s untimely passing in August of 2004, the Delaware Military Academy Rugby Club has become driven by this sentiment. Every cadet who is a member of the DMA Rugby Club seeks self-discipline, athletic-challenge, and the steadfast camaraderie that only the sport of rugby can provide.
Delaware Military Academy Rugby has become a successful club in the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union. It has risen from humble beginnings to a core of 27 players strong. We will continue to be a force to be reckoned with in the EPRU as we grow, strengthen, and mature. The Delaware Military Academy Rugby Club is anxiously preparing for the 2009 season. We hope that we can build off of the foundations of those cadets that have gone before us in the traditions of citizenship, scholarship, and leadership.
Thank you,
Jason Austin
